Maiden Lake is owned by the members of the FHLMB (Fern Hill Land Management Body) who contribute monetarily, and in other ways, to its care and maintenance. This lake was created to be enjoyed and cared for by this community. To that end, we appreciate your adherence to the following rules:

~ Lake is for the use of Fern Hill landowners and their accompanied guests only.

~ Non-emancipated children of landowners must be accompanied by a parent or
a person of suitable age and discretion.

~ Renters may have use of the lake, but may not bring guests.

~ All boating and fishing activities must occur at the North Beach only. Please
secure all boats with a lock at the North Beach. Children who are not strong
swimmers must wear a life-vest when boating.

~ Raft is not to be moved once it has been anchored.

~ Safety equipment is for emergency use only.

~ Please remove your trash and all belongings each day.

~ Use of the lake area after dusk must have consent of a board member.

~ Pets must be kept on a leash at the lake area.

~ Parties at the lake must have prior approval from a board member.

~ Landowners should be reasonable in the number of guests invited to lake at any
given time.

~ Campfires are not currently permitted.
