Welcome to the Fern Hill Community's website.

Our Board, formally known as the Fern Hill Land Management Body, established this site to distribute information about its activities and to encourage individual residents of the Fern Hill area to engage in and communicate with the entire Fern Hill community. This site is your resource for information about our monthly Board meetings, annual community meetings, announcements and financials.  Please use it to inform yourself about the actions and decisions of the Fern Hill Land Management Body.  Documents relating to our community (meeting minutes, financials, covenants and their amendments, etc.) are available in PDF format by clicking the appropriate tabs. 

We hope this site will become your favorite resource for answers about living at Fern Hill. Have questions about the rules for the use of Maiden Lake or comments about how our common lands are being maintained? Are you wondering how to get started with a building project, or what is or isn't covered in our covenants? Need to send out a notice to the whole community about a great plumber you've used or a pet you've just lost?
